Currant Nightstand
CollectionCurrant
Info –
Currant's nightstand pairs clean lines and elegant proportions with gently rounded corners. A fully finished back lets it stand away from the wall, while a recessed pull keeps the silhouette sleek above finely tapered legs. Inside, the solid bamboo drawer box is built with English dovetail joinery and glides on under-mounted, soft-close slides.
Bamboo is a natural material: grain and color vary slightly from piece to piece, so every piece is one of a kind.
Modern Simplicity, Timeless Craftsmanship
A study in refined minimalism, the Currant nightstand channels the essence of Scandinavian modern design with clean lines, elegant proportions, and gently rounded corners. Expertly crafted in solid Moso bamboo, its rich Black Walnut finish highlights the dynamic grain and tonal richness inherent in the bamboo, creating a piece that feels both contemporary and naturally organic.
Thoughtfully designed with a fully finished back, Currant’s sculptural form and softened edges allow it to float gracefully in any room. The recessed drawer pull maintains the sleek silhouette, while the finely tapered legs provide a touch of architectural elegance.
Inside, the craftsmanship continues. The solid bamboo drawer box is constructed using traditional English dovetail joinery and glides effortlessly on smooth, under-mounted soft-close slides—offering both function and quiet luxury.
- Hand Finished: The Black Walnut finish is a hand-applied transparent stain that deepens the tone while letting the natural grain of the bamboo show through.
- Natural Beauty: Each piece showcases the unique variation in grain and tone that defines authentic, solid bamboo construction.
- Eco-Conscious Craftsmanship: Produced in an ISO 14001-certified facility and harvested from rapidly renewable, responsibly managed forests.
With its elegant simplicity and earth-friendly story, the Currant nightstand is more than a design choice—it’s a conscious one.
